Randy and Ramin began their McDonald’s careers as crew members before becoming approved Owner/Operators in 2010. Their journey reflects years of hard work, leadership, and dedication to the restaurant business. Today, they remain committed to building strong teams, creating growth opportunities, and maintaining a positive environment where every employee feels valued, supported, and proud to serve their community.
